Service
The service provides AI-assisted discussion and validation suggestions for business ideas. It is not investment, financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice.
Accounts and security
Keep access credentials secure. Do not bypass limits, manipulate points, manufacture traffic, click your own ads, or ask others to click ads.
Referrals and rewards
Referral rewards are issued only after the referred person verifies an email address and creates a new account. Self-referrals, bulk or temporary accounts, automation, and false identities are prohibited. Duplicate, fraudulent, or mistaken rewards may be revoked and related accounts restricted. Credits cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Free access and rewarded ads
Free users can read the initial portion of a hearing, then choose an earned credit, a Google Ad Manager rewarded ad, or membership to continue. Ordinary AdSense display ads are never an unlock condition, and no ad click is required. Rewarded availability depends on region, device, consent, and inventory.
Membership and renewal
Pro is an automatically renewing subscription. Price, currency, billing period, and taxes are shown in Stripe Checkout. During an active period, members receive ad-free viewing, no discussion gate, and the stated daily filing allowance; membership does not provide unlimited model usage. You can cancel renewal through the customer portal from your account. Access continues through the paid period. Except where required by law or expressly offered, started billing periods are non-refundable for unused time.
User content
You must have the right to submit content. Do not submit illegal, infringing, hateful, exploitative, fraudulent, malicious, personally sensitive, or confidential material. Public filing authorizes processing, review, display, and distribution needed to operate the service.
Virtual points
Judgment points are non-monetary entertainment credits. They are not currency, securities, cash equivalents, or transferable assets.
AI output
Models can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Independently verify facts and decisions. Never present a ruling as a real government or professional document.
Changes and enforcement
We may adjust features, limits, pricing, visibility, and policies. Material adverse changes affecting a current paid period will receive notice or remedies where required by law. We may restrict accounts that attack the service or harm users.
