Information we collect

• Account data such as email, nickname, status, and session records.
• Submitted content such as the idea, audience, revenue model, and founder advantage.
• Interaction data such as points, referrals, reward credits, discussion unlocks, predictions, shares, consent state, and access logs.
• Subscription status, period, and provider customer or subscription identifiers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical and security data such as IP address, device, browser, errors, and abuse signals.

How we use information

We use it to operate the product, generate hearings, secure accounts, review content, prevent abuse, improve performance, measure operations, and meet legal obligations.

AI providers

Submitted case material may be sent to a contracted AI provider to generate a hearing and ruling. Do not submit trade secrets, sensitive personal data, or third-party confidential information.

Google advertising and consent

When advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage, device information, and access data to serve, measure, and protect ads. Ordinary display ads are never an unlock condition. A separate Google Ad Manager rewarded ad is requested only when a user chooses “watch ad to continue.” EEA, UK, and Swiss visitors will receive a Google-certified consent flow before applicable ad storage or personalization.

Payments

Stripe provides membership checkout and billing management. Stripe processes payment methods, billing details, transactions, fraud signals, and applicable tax information under its own policy. We receive the payment result, customer identifier, subscription status, and service period needed to provide membership.

Retention and rights

We retain data only as needed for these purposes, disputes, security, and legal duties. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 16.
